What is the game about?
By the end of turn 5, players aim to control the most powerful Victims. The game can be competitive, with players challenging each other, or cooperative in campaign mode where everyone must achieve the mission objective, or else all players lose.
Gameplay
-
- Players assume the roles of daemons, each with unique abilities, and take turns playing cards from a shared Game Deck.
- The Game Deck includes Possession Cards (used to control Victims by overpowering their Willpower), Equipment (to strengthen or weaken Victims), Events (which can alter the course of the game), and Nemeses and Heroes (used to attack opponents’ Victims).
- Victims have three key attributes: Life, Willpower, and Strength. They are drawn from the Victims Deck at the start of each turn.
- Each turn also involves drawing a Location card, which influences the rules and dynamics of the turn, including how cards are played and the effects on Victims.
- The Time Coin determines whether it’s day or night, impacting the game by creating more Victims or strengthening Nemeses.
Endgame: After 5 turns, players tally the Life and Strength of their controlled Victims to determine the winner, with the highest total winning the game.
-
Decks:
