What is The Quest Kids about?

Overview

The Quest Kids is a cooperative dungeon-crawl roleplaying board game for young kids.

It supports 2-4 players and takes about 30 minutes to play. In this game, players explore a dungeon, revealing cards from different rooms—green cards are always beneficial, gray cards are mixed, and red cards often reveal tough monsters but sometimes offer valuable rewards.

Game Mechanics

Players move through the dungeon, collecting treasures and defeating monsters using resources.
One can ask other players for help, earning those players “kind cards” that provide various benefits. The game continues until all the dungeon’s cards are revealed, and the player with the most points from treasures and kind cards wins.

What makes the game appealing?

The game features colorful art, fun components like chunky jewels, and an easy setup, making it very accessible for children. Its cooperative nature and emphasis on helping others make it a fun and engaging experience for young players.

It’s also customizable for storytelling or a more straightforward gameplay experience.
Fans of light dungeon crawlers or family-friendly RPG-style games will enjoy this one.
