New comics every Wednesday. We have a
large selection of back issues including tons of Silver and Bronze age books.
Thousands of Trade Paper backs and Hard covers. We also carry a large
selection of Magic The Gathering singles and packs including many older packs
and decks.  Friday Night Magic every
week. We also carry games such as Netrunner, Arkham Horror, Dungeons and
Dragons, Star Wars Legacy. Established in 1992.  Comics To Astonish was started in 1992 by
Keegan F. Conrad out of his basement and by doing comics shows up and down
the east-coast and mid-west. When his local comic store went out of business
and he needed a place to get his comics so he decided to open his own store
while he was a UPS driver. The store opened on August 11th 1993 and his
childhood friend Thomas Brodkin ran the store for him. Early in 1993 Comics
To Astonish started carring a new game called Magic The Gathering which to
this day is our second biggest product.
By 1995 he left UPS and he and Thomas ran the storey. He took over the
store full-time when Thomas left for greener pastures in 1997. In 2002 our
1st web-site was up and running. Today we have one of the largest selections
of back-issues in Maryland and run MTG events every Friday Night.
