Planet

Planet Board Game Review

Game Description

In Planet, you receive a 3D planet core without anything on it. Each turn, you will choose a tile with mountain/ice/forest/desert on it and place it on your planet. You and your friends will play a series of turns make decisions about which tile to choose. As the game progresses, you will compete to attract the right animals and creatures (represented by winning cards) to live on your planet. This will depend on how you have placed and the type of tiles on your planet. Each animal card that you win is worth points. After all the tiles have been placed on their planet, the player with the highest points wins.

Planet is a simple to learn game that is easy to grasp for younger players. Younger players will learn about pre-planning their tile placement to ensure they win animal cards. The 3D planet and tiles are well-produced and it looks like a Rubik’s cube puzzle.
