Uno Flip Action Cards
Light Side
Draw One Card

The next player must draw one card and miss their turn.
Card may only be played on a matching color or on another Draw One card.
If turned up at the beginning of play, the same rule applies.
Reverse Card

Reverses the direction of play (if play is currently to the left, it will change to the right). Play only on a matching color or a Reverse card.
When this card is turned up at the start of play, the dealer goes first, and then the game moves to the right.
Skip Card

When played, the next player loses their turn.
Card can only be played on a matching color or on another Skip card.
The player to the left of the dealer is “skipped” if a Skip card is turned up at the beginning of play.
Wild Card

When you play this card, you get to choose the color that continues play (including the color in play before the Wild card was laid down). Wild cards may be played on your turn even if you have another playable card. If a Wild card is dealt at the beginning of play, the person to the left of the dealer chooses the color.
Wild Draw 2 Card
This card lets you select the color that continues the game PLUS the next player has to draw two cards from the DRAW pile and loses their turn. But there\’s a catch! This card can only be played if you do not have a card in your hand that matches the COLOR on the DISCARD pile (but it can be played if you have matching numbers or Action Cards). Pick a new card if this card was turned up at the start of play.

You may challenge a player if you suspect that a Wild Draw 2 card was played on you illegally (i.e. the player has a matching card). If challenged, the player must show you their hand. They must draw your two cards if guilty. If the challenged player is innocent, you must draw the two cards and an additional two cards (4 total).
Flip Card

The Light Side flips to the Dark Side when you play this card. After the Flip card has been played, flip over the Discard Pile (the just played card will now be on the bottom), then the Draw Pile, then everyone\’s hands must flip over. The new side will remain in play until another Flip card is played. Play this card only on a matching color or another Flip card.
Dark Side
Draw Five Card

The next player must draw five cards and miss their turn if you play this card. Play only on an identical color or on another Draw Five card.
Reverse Card

This card reverses the direction of play (if it is currently on the left, it changes to the right, and vice versa). You can only play this card on a matching color or on another reverse card.
Skip Everyone Card

All players get skipped (lose their turn) when you play this card. It then goes back to the player who laid it down. Play this card only on a matching color or another Skip Everyone card.
Wild Card

Playing this card lets you choose the color that continues play (any color, including the color in play before it was laid down). Even if you have another playable card in your hand, you can play a Wild card.
Wild Draw Colour Card

Playing this card makes the next player draw until they get a color of your choice (regardless of how many cards it takes) and loses their turn.
Note: It may only be played if you do not have another card in your hand that matches the COLOR of the DISCARD pile (but may be played if you have matching numbers or action cards).
If you suspect a Wild Draw Color card has been played on you illegally (i.e. the player has a matching card), you may challenge them. That player must show you his/her hand. The challenged player must draw cards until he or she gets the chosen color, instead of you. If the challenged player is innocent, you must draw cards until you have the chosen color PLUS an additional 2 cards!
Flip Card

Playing this card flips everything from the Dark Side to the Light Side. After the Flip card has been played, flip over the Discard Pile (the card just played will now be on the bottom), then the Draw Pile, then everyone’s hands must flip. Until another Flip card is played, this new side will remain in play. A flip card may only be played on the same color or another flip card.
