7 Wonders Board Game Review

Players are leaders of one of the 7 great Ancient World cities. Players collect resources, build commercial routes, and strengthen their military strength to develop their city and create an architectural wonder.7 Wonders brings players through three ages (rounds). Players draft cards and build their civilisation. In each age, players build their civilisation by playing cards to their play area. Cards comprise of resource-producing buildings (providing players with resources to play later cards), victory point buildings and special action buildings. The unique feature of 7 Wonders is how players draft cards. In every round, each player gets a number of cards, picks one and passes the rest of their hand to an adjacent player. Players will need to balance between what card they want to play and what card they do not want their opponents to have. Players will work to gain victory points. After the 3rd age, the player with the most victory points wins.
