How to play Game of Life Junior?
In Game of Life Junior, players travel through fantastic adventures on the game board and collect stars. Be the first to collect 10 stars and win.
How much money do you start with in Game of Life Jr?
Give each player 4 $1 notes.
Game of Life Junior Setup
Sort the cards into 58 Action cards, 22 £1 notes, 12 VIP tickets. 4 Books of Adventures
Pick out your Junior car and place it on the matching START spot
Select the Book of Adventures card with your car’s color.
Give each player 3 VIP tickets. Locate the VIP tickets on the gameboard.
You get a BONUS STAR if you visit these places!
Give each player 4 £1 notes.
Put all Action cards, stars, and money on the gameboard face down.

Select 1 player to be the banker.
Game of Life Junior Gameplay
The game is turn-based. The oldest player starts and play moves clockwise.
Spin the spinner on your turn
Move your car forward that many spaces. Follow the arrows and move clockwise on the board. If you land on a yellow action space or stop at an attraction, follow the instructions below. You can stop on an attraction if your spin takes you past it. Your turn ends and the next player spins.
Landing on a yellow action space
Take an Action card! Some action cards give you stars, but some take them away! Don’t take action if you can’t afford to pay for it.
Act out impressions, tell stories, and maybe sing! Keep your Action cards in front of you.
Stopping at an attraction
- Unless it’s free, pay the bank the entry fee!
- Place a star on your Book of Adventures.
- Check your VIP tickets. The matching ticket gets you a BONUS STAR!
- You need to turn over your ticket to prove you visited.
- Now, tell everyone what you did there!
You don’t need to spin the exact amount to enter an attraction; you can stop there.
You can’t get a star if you can’t pay for an attraction.
Per game, you can only visit one attraction!
Note: You’ll get $1 in pocket money if you revisit your START space. (This ends your turn.)
Riding the Fun Train
Pay the fare, get a star and ride to the other side of the gameboard.
The Fun Train runs in both directions!
Winning Game of Life Junior
If you’re the first player to get 10 stars, you’re the winner! Now tell everyone what you did on your fantastic day! Look at your Action cards as a reminder. The other players can do the same afterwards!

The game is turn-based. The oldest player starts and play moves clockwise.
The player Spins the Spinner On Their Turn
Move the player’s car forward that many spaces. If landing on a yellow action space or stopping at an attraction, perform the relevant actions for that space. The player can stop at an attraction even if the spin takes the player past it.
Yellow Action Space
Take an Action card if you can afford it to pay for it! Some action cards give you stars, but some take them away!
Stopping At An Attraction
Unless it’s free, pay the entry fee. The player places a star on their Book of Adventures.
Matching VIP tickets awards a BONUS STAR to the player! The player turns over their ticket to prove that they have visited.
Winning
Be the first player to get 10 stars to win Game of Life Junior.
